L’Oréal USA invites ambitious students to a paid 11-week Summer Internship in HR, fully integrating you into day-to-day activities while guiding your own strategic project and presenting insights to senior management.

Based in New York, you will gain hands-on HR generalist experience across HRIS and reporting systems, with mentoring and professional development. A potential full-time opportunity awaits after the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university, expected to graduate between December 2027 and July 2028.
• Willing to work full-time starting September 2028 after graduation with a bachelor’s degree.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship.
• Minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Willing to relocate to USA offices (Northern New Jersey, New York City).

Responsibilities

• Own an individual HR project with strategic impact and present to senior leaders.
• Analyze data, identify root causes, and recommend HR solutions.
• Perform HR generalist responsibilities and work with HRIS and reporting systems.
• Follow up with employees with a customer-service mindset and elevate issues.
• Share HR best practices across teams and functional areas.
• Network across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&I and Sales.
• Participate in formal and informal training opportunities during the internship.
