Job summary

Michigan's Adventure is seeking motivated college students to develop leadership and management skills through hands-on operational experience in Waterpark Operations, Ride Operations, Park Services Management and Food & Beverage Management.

Interns will work directly with park leaders and department teams to support daily operations, staffing, training, guest service, safety, and associate engagement while helping create memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist department leaders with daily operations and administrative functions.
• Support staffing, scheduling, training, and associate development initiatives.
• Help ensure exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
• Participate in operational audits, inspections, and performance evaluations.
• Assist with reporting and business administration tasks.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support park-wide initiatives.
• Gain hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced entertainment environment
