Ally Financial offers an 11-week paid internship in Consumer Banking within the Payments organization, providing hands-on exposure to payment systems and real-world product development from strategy through execution. You will connect with diverse teams and mentors while building analytical and presentation skills.

The program includes Orientation, leadership talks, mentoring, and opportunities to return to Ally through the Early Talent Program or a second internship after graduation.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience and project-based work.
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort.
• Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events.
• Network with your peers, your team, and those Allys you find exciting.
• Own an end of assignment presentation.
