Job summary

Ally Financial is offering an 11-week paid internship designed to move students from educated to experienced. The program connects interns with diverse teams across the company, with mentorship and leadership exposure.

Interns will work on Consumer Banking Invest Product initiatives, gain hands-on experience in digital product lifecycle, and may return to Ally in a future talent program or full-time role.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in an undergraduate program.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• A passion for financial services and technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Support Invest Product team in creating best-in-class web/app experiences for Ally Bank customers.
• Assist with day-to-day digital deliverables and cross-functional collaboration.
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern.
• Lead an end-of-assignment presentation.
• Network with peers and teams across the company.
