Job summary

Ally Financial in Charlotte offers an 11-week paid internship designed to move you from educated to experienced. You’ll gain hands-on project work, orientation sessions, and mentoring while interacting with leadership and diverse teams across Consumer Banking.

Interns collaborate with HR and business partners on talent projects, develop program operations tools, and have opportunities to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
• A passion for the financial services and technology industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Have hands on experience and project-based work.
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort.
• Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events.
• Network with your peers, your team, and those Allys you find interesting.
• Lead an end of assignment presentation.
