Job summary

Ally in Charlotte, NC offers an 11-week paid internship designed to move you from educated to experienced, with project-based work and mentorship across Consumer Banking's Talent, Development & Engagement team. You'll participate in Orientation, mentoring, and networking, and have the opportunity to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or a full-time role after graduation.

The position requires 40 hours per week with hybrid on-site/remote work and includes a sign-on bonus and housing

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
• A passion for the financial services and technology industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands on experience and project-based work.
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort.
• Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events.
• Network with peers and teams across Ally.
• Lead an end of assignment presentation.
