Ally Financial is offering an 11-week paid internship in Consumer Banking as part of the Customer Care & Operations Transformation organization. You will work on projects across operations, analytics, and support functions to gain insights, improve service delivery, and develop problem-solving and leadership skills.

The program includes mentoring, networking, and the opportunity to connect with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
• A passion for the financial services and technology industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• This role will partner across operations, analytics, and support functions to capture insights, supervise key metrics, and contribute to projects that improve service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Customer Care Transformation Office by helping coordinate strategic initiatives, monitor project progress, and drive accountability for execution across multiple workstreams. Exposure to operations, digital strategy, and customer experience design in a leading digital bank with opportunities to develop problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills.
