Qualifications

• Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources Management or related field with Sophomore status
• GPA 2.75 or higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent customer service skills to assist employees
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Responsibilities

• Provide employee customer service
• Perform HR project work including recruitment, benefits administration, research, reports, and event planning assistance
• Assist in conducting new hire orientation
• Ensure timely and accurate HRIS data updates
• Maintain employee file accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality
• Document and improve processes
