The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join the Compensation Team in Irving, TX for the Summer Internship Program (May 31 - August 5, 2027).

Currently enrolled undergrad with a 3.0+ GPA, you will gain hands-on experience on project work, participate in development opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional partners while learning Michaels' culture of collaboration and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Strong communicator who works well in teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interns and cross-functional partners on projects that support business goals.
• Participate in learning and development opportunities.
