You will work closely with the Operations team, perform routine tasks, and gain exposure to card orders, reporting, and systems. The program emphasizes mentorship, real projects, and potential full‑time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or has completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Prefer coursework in Operations Management or Business Administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations team with daily processes and project tasks.
• Support client onboarding and card/payment related procedures.
• Assist with producing reports and maintaining operation records.
• Shadow the Operations team and contribute to process improvements.
