Job summary

Transcard is seeking a Software Implementation intern in Chattanooga, TN to assist the implementation team with client onboarding and project delivery. You will work under the Implementation Lead, gaining hands-on exposure to cloud-based payment solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

The role offers meaningful projects, professional growth, and the chance to contribute to end-to-end workflows, APIs, and integration testing in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or a related field.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, or system integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding from kickoff to go-live, gaining exposure to end-to-end project delivery.
• Document discovery workshops to assess payment workflows and technical requirements.
• Shadow client calls to learn platform capabilities and implementation strategy.
• Maintain records of client communications and implementation status.
• Assist in translating client requirements into system configuration documentation.
• Configure platform components in test and sandbox environments under supervision.
