Qualifications

• Interest in software implementation, client onboarding, or SaaS delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exposure to payments, fintech, banking, or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
• Document discovery workshops and translate requirements to configurations.
• Shadow client meetings to learn platform capabilities and implementation strategy.
• Maintain records of stakeholder communications and implementation status.
• Support configuration of platform components including API settings and webhooks.
