Job summary

Jostens is offering a 10-12 week paid internship (May 2027–August 2027) in Minneapolis, MN. You will assist the Event Management team with registration websites, attendee communications, materials, and on-site support for major conferences.

Ideal candidates are graduating or enrolled in Marketing/Project Management with strong MS Office and communication skills. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to travel to JRGC,

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy with MS Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Extended hours may occasionally be required

Responsibilities

• Work with Event Management team on events and customer service
• Create and manage event registration websites after training
• Assist with attendee communications and pre-event emails
• Prepare registration materials, badges, and attendee packets
• Assist with on-site event execution and attendee support
• Compile pre & post-event reports, surveys, and evaluations
• Conduct event data audits for registration accuracy
• Research venues, suppliers, and vendors for event needs
• Participate in planning meetings and suggest attendee engagement ideas
• Audit and order office supplies
• Manage Event Inbox and registration changes
• Coordinate session materials, shipping logistics, and event app implementation
• Other event tasks as assigned
