Job summary

Eurest invites applications for a paid Hospitality & Catering Internship in Minneapolis, MN. This 10-week summer program offers hands-on rotations, event support, and real business challenges within a leading corporate foodservice organization.

Interns receive mentorship from experienced hospitality leaders, participate in leadership meetings, and gain exposure to client services and event execution. Schedule is full-time, with 20–40 hours/week based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality or Event Management.
• Must be available to work 20 - 40 hours a week based on business needs & internship requirements.
• College credit is not required, but we will provide appropriate documentation if necessary.

Responsibilities

• 70% Hands-On Experience through department rotations, event support, operational projects, and real business challenges.
• 20% Mentorship & Career Development with coaching and leadership shadowing.
• 10% Cohort Learning & Networking with weekly professional development sessions.
