Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Intern to join the CX team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will analyze resident and prospect data to identify trends and inform improvements across our national apartment portfolio.

You will gain hands-on experience with data analysis, creating visualizations, and drafting recommendations, while leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate insights. Enrollment in a bachelor's or graduate program is required.

Qualifications

• Rising junior, senior or graduate student pursuing a quantitative or research-focused degree (e.g., Statistics, Data Analytics, Psychology).
• Prior coursework or internship involving data analysis, quantitative research, or customer research.
• Interest in applying GenAI tools to accelerate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer data to identify trends and pain points.
• Translate findings into written, actionable recommendations.
• Create data visualizations and charts illustrating key findings.
• Support ad hoc survey projects, drafting questions, survey programming, topline results, and coordinating with the Data team for accurate data.
• Support customer research and resident panel activities, drafting discussion guides, coordinating research logistics, and synthesizing findings.
• Conduct secondary research on CX topics and industry trends to support broader initiatives.

Continental Properties is looking for a Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Intern to join our team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Our Customer Experience (CX) team is responsible for monitoring and improving the end-to-end resident and prospect experience across our national portfolio of apartment communities. You will support the CX team's research efforts, using resident feedback data to help identify trends and inform improvements across the organization.
Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate degree program to qualify. We're looking for someone who's comfortable working with data, eager to apply research tools to analyze large datasets, and interested in using GenAI tools like Claude to accelerate analysis.

Position Specifics:

• Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer data toidentifytrends and pain points.
• Translate findings into written, actionablerecommendations.
• Create data visualizations/charts that illustrate key findings.
• Support ad hoc survey projects, including drafting survey questions,assistingwith survey programming, producing topline results, and coordinating with the Data team to pullaccuratedata for distribution.
