Continental Properties seeks a market research intern to support multifamily development teams with market research tasks. You will provide data-driven reports and maps, verify competitive positioning with comparable properties, and assist in rent positioning for potential projects.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI is expected; ArcGIS familiarity is a plus. This paid internship offers hands-on experience across municipal sources, third-party reports, and direct outreach to

• Student in progress of obtaining Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Geospatial Science or related field.
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI, etc.).
• Familiarity with ArcGIS desired but not critical.

• Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour


• Provide market research support to the development teams and the market research team
