The role requires enrollment in a bachelor's or graduate program, strong Excel and writing skills, experience with survey tools, and comfort using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to accelerate analysis.

Qualifications

Must be a rising junior, senior or graduate student in a quantitative or research-focused field
Prior coursework or internship involving data analysis, quantitative research, or customer research
Experience with survey platforms and creating survey questionnaires/programming surveys
Strong ability to build clear, well-organized PowerPoint reports
Excellent writing skills for summarizing findings and recommendations
Experience using AI tools to analyze data (Claude, ChatGPT)

Responsibilities

Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer data to identify trends and pain points
Translate findings into written, actionable recommendations
Create data visualizations/charts illustrating key findings
Support ad hoc survey projects from drafting questions to distributing topline results
Assist with resident research activities and coordinating with Data team
Conduct secondary CX-related research to support broader initiatives
