Qualifications

• Leader capable with strong communication skills.
• Active enrollment in a college degree program, ideally within 12 months of graduation.
• Must hold a current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors and interact with customers building their new home.
• Rotate through Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, Mortgage Banking to learn multiple business areas.
