Job summary

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Spend time in Sales & Marketing to understand the home sales life cycle.
• Learn Land Research for forecasting future activity in a growing metro area.
• Tour building products operations and design offices.
• Gain exposure to Mortgage Banking processes.
