Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2027 Land Planner/Urban Planning Intern at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will work with the Development team to support site design and various land planning tasks for upcoming projects.

Ideal candidates are juniors or seniors in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Design, or Civil Engineering with CAD experience and the ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as a junior or senior in an urban planning, landscape architecture, design, or civil engineering program.
• Experience with AutoCAD or CAD tools preferred.
• Available to work 40 hours per week during Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with site planning design for multifamily projects.
• Support land planning activities and preparation of technical drawings.
• Review project due diligence materials and assist in preparing presentation materials.
• Assist Development team with additional project tasks.

Continental Propertiesis s eeking a Summer 2027 Land Planner/Urban Planning Intern at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will work closely with the Development team to assist with the site design for our upcoming development projects and support various activities related to land planning, technical drawings, due diligence.

Position Specifics:

• Full-Time during Summer 2027
• Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist project teams with site planning design for multifamily projects.
• Support a wide variety of activities associated with land planning and technical drawings.
• Engage in the review of project due diligence materials, site and municipal requirement research, and preparation of presentation materials.
• Assist Development team with any additional project items and tasks.

Skills for Success:

• Junior or senior level student in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Design, Civil Engineering, or related program
• AutoCAD or similar CAD program experience desired
• Available 40 hours per week during summer
