Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Construction team in preconstruction and field execution.
• Gain hands-on experience in real estate development and construction management.
• Assist with researching codes, permits, and fees in preconstruction.
• Support early budgets and estimates.
• Visit active job sites and participate in inspection walks.
• Uphold code requirements and quality standards.
• Track project documents and assist with managing consultants.
