Job summary

You will gain hands-on experience by conducting market research, reporting on project costs, drafting proposals, and coordinating Will Serve/Access/Zoning letters while supporting project planning at our home office.

Qualifications

• Current junior or senior student in Real Estate, Business, or Finance.
• Interest in pursuing a career in real estate development.
• Available for Summer 2027 internship.

Responsibilities

• Report on project costs and schedule variance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on multifamily housing developments.
• Draft and distribute consultant proposals to support project planning.
• Prepare and send Will Serve, Access, and Zoning request letters.
• Assist with early-stage project reconnaissance, including impact fee assessments, code reviews, and desktop research.
• Provide general administrative support to the Development team.
