• Understand all paid campaign elements and strategies.
• Ensure account success: proactively monitor campaigns, interpret results, troubleshoot issues, and deliver performance updates to partners.
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage their expectations.
• Create presentations / reports.
• Collaborate with the Digital Team to provide real-time optimization recommendations and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities that might affect clients.

Makerz is seeking a Freelance Account Manager to join our team. This position is client-facing and will be responsible for Weekly and Monthly meetings with our digital team and our clients. The candidate will ensure timely communication with both the team and the clients to meet our deadlines. This is a 3-month freelance, remote role, with an opportunity to extend. Candidates must be available to work MST or EST hours. The role requires orchestrating internal resources to ensure campaign expectations and contractual obligations are met, while also acting as a client advocate and liaison between teams.

Responsibilities
