Qualifications

• Must be able to work MST or EST hours.
• Experience with META and PPC essential.
• Experience in advertising or marketing companies; hospitality knowledge is a plus.
• Strong track record in client service.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class service managing deadlines while overseeing multiple campaigns and acting as the primary contact for clients.
• Understand all paid campaign elements and strategies.
• Ensure account success: proactively monitor campaigns, interpret results, troubleshoot issues, and deliver performance updates to partners.
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage their expectations.
• Create presentations / reports.
• Collaborate with the Digital Team to provide real-time optimization recommendations and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities that might affect clients.
