Cox Automotive – USA is opening the FleeTec Academy to train aspiring Diesel Technicians. This paid program covers four weeks of full-time schooling at the Academy Campus, with travel, hotel accommodations and meals stipends, then hands‑on training and a full‑time mobile diesel mechanic role in your market.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to study four weeks at Academy campus.
• Background checks, driving records, pre-employment drug testing and physical.
• 21 years of age to drive Cox vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs as Mobile Diesel Mechanic at customer sites.
• Participate in on-site preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Work with Lead Technician during hands-on training and progression to full-time role.
