Job summary

Fleet Services - A Cox Automotive Company offers an Academy-driven entry path to becoming a Mobile Diesel Technician. Participants undergo four weeks of paid classroom training, with travel expenses covered, followed by hands-on training and eventual full-time placement in their market.

We provide free education on diesel fundamentals, a starter tool set, and a state-of-the-art mobile service vehicle. Stipends help cover living costs while you train and grow within the Cox ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Desire to start a career as a Diesel Technician and become one of our Mobile Mechanics.
• Willingness and ability to study hard for four weeks of full-time schooling.
• Must be 21 to drive one of our trucks.

Responsibilities

• Attend four weeks of paid classroom training; travel expenses paid.
• Receive free technical education and hands-on training with a Lead Technician.
• Work with mobile units at customer locations for preventative maintenance and repair.
