As a college student, you will gain hands-on experience in a Fortune 6 company and participate in market travel experiences, supporting customer satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desirable majors include Business Management/ Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
