Job summary

HOM Inc. seeks a Padmission Connect Specialist to administer Padmission Connect, HOM's web-based platform for landlord engagement and housing search assistance.

You will manage users, approve property managers, and update data to ensure timeliness, while training landlords and coordinating with the Landlord Engagement Supervisors. This non-exempt role focuses on expanding housing opportunities, compiling internal data, and creating reports to identify outreach opportunities, with collaboration

Qualifications

• Data entry accuracy is a must.
• Descriptive and diagnostic data analysis experience with data visualization is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Planner, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with aptitude for project management and multitasking to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated high level of interpersonal relationships and communication.
• Strong sense of ownership of work processes and outcomes.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically to accomplish goals.
• Ability to manage change while working as part of a team.
• Problem solver with the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges.

Responsibilities

• Use Padmission Connect to expand housing opportunities for housing program participants, including reviewing and updating information to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform user management and approval of property managers and property-related information.
• Provide support and training for landlord users.
• Add prospective properties to Padmission and input/track data for management oversight.
• Communicate with landlords clearly and timely via phone and email.
• Maintain operations by following data entry procedures and providing feedback as needed.
• Collaborate with Landlord Engagement Specialists and Landlord Support Team on landlord relations.
• Assist in data compiling and analysis duties; collect surveys and feedback from landlords.
