Invitation Homes is seeking a National Program Coordinator - Operations Support to coordinate national programs that support property management operations across a large portfolio of single-family rental homes. The role is full-time and hybrid in-office, with focus on optimization, analysis, and program execution.

You will develop processes, support program managers, analyze data in Excel, and participate in reviews to ensure best practices and cost efficiencies across markets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of national program processes and procedures.
• Support program manager for assigned national programs.
• Interact with market team members to facilitate programs and resolve concerns.
• Analyze data and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare monthly reports with program performance data.
• Review invoices for proper GL coding and margins.
• Engage with management on policy, procedures and KPIs.
• Participate in internal and vendor reviews to share best practices.
• Monitor weekly expense trends to identify savings opportunities.
• Use task flow tools, dashboards, and reporting to meet goals.
• Perform administrative tasks for national programs.
