Northern Nevada Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Recovery Room Registered Nurse for full-time work on the PACU unit. The role involves direct patient care for diverse ages in the surgical setting, ongoing collaboration with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and ensuring equipment readiness for procedures.

Ideal candidates hold Nevada RN licensure, at least two years of nursing experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certification.

Qualifications

• Current Nevada RN licensure.
• Two years nursing experience minimum.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric patients in the PACU/OR area.
• Assists with pre- and post-procedure care and communication with surgical team.
• Maintains readiness of operating room equipment and supplies for procedures.
