Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current licensure in the State of North Carolina or compact multi-state RN license.
- BLS certification through AHA/ARC required at hire.
- ACLS and PALS certifications to be obtained within 6 months; preferred on hire.
- Minimum 1 year perioperative nursing experience; 1 year critical care experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care across the age continuum in PACU according to standards.
- Document patient care in the medical record per policy.
- Coordinate discharge planning with the care team.
- Supervise and guide other team members as needed.
- Maintain safety, accuracy, and efficiency in caring for patients.
