Job summary

SCA Health in Englewood, Colorado is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the PACU. You will assess patient status during the care episode and develop a perianesthesia plan tailored to each patient.

This role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications within the specified timelines; prior PACU experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• One year ofPACUexperience preferred.
• Current state licensure to practice within good standings.
• Successful completion of BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status throughout the episode of care.
• Develop an individualized perianesthesia plan of care.
• Provide hand-off report to teammates that are accurate, concise and pertinent to the patient’s condition and response to care.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
