Job summary

SCA Health in Englewood, CO is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) PACU to provide perianesthesia care for patients undergoing procedures. You will assess patient status throughout the episode of care and develop an individualized plan of care aligned with the perioperative pathway.

You will also provide concise hand-off reports to teammates and perform other duties as assigned. Requires nursing program graduation, licensure, and timely certifications; competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure to practice in good standing.
• BLS/BCLS certification within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of employment.
• PALS certification within 90 days if pediatric care is included.
• Specialty Perioperative/Perianesthesia certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status throughout the episode of care.
• Develop individualized perianesthesia plan of care by implementing it.
• Provide hand-off report to teammates that is accurate and pertinent.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
