Mercy Health’s Outpatient Surgery Center – Anderson seeks an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide compassionate perioperative care. You will collaborate with the surgical team, assess patients, and ensure a safe, efficient operating room environment from pre-op through post-op.

Qualifications

• RN license current and in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's).
• Knowledge of perioperative care and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Observe the surgery and assist to create a safe environment.
• Manage nursing care in the OR and coordinate with the surgical team.
• Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care including discharge instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.
