Mercy Health seeks an experienced OR RN to deliver exceptional perioperative nursing care at Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati. The role emphasizes collaboration with the surgical team, patient assessment, and ensuring a safe operative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment in the OR.
• Observe the surgery and assist to create a safe environment.
• Manage nursing care of patient within the OR and coordinate with the team.
• Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care and discharge instructions.
