Job summary

Nebraska Orthopaedic Surgery Center in Lincoln, NE 68510 seeks a dedicated PACU nurse to lead coordination of pre- and post-operative patient care and provide specialized post-anesthesia nursing care. You will work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, with no weekends or holidays.

Requires Nebraska RN license, CPR/BLS at hire and ACLS/PALS within 90 days; PACU experience preferred and ASPAN certification desirable.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification at hire; ACLS and PALS within 90 days.
• Preferred PACU experience.
• ASPAN certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assess perioperative patient care in PACU.
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort during recovery from anesthesia.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure quality, compassionate care.
