Job summary

Atlas-Healthcare-Partners-LLC is seeking a registered nurse to assess, plan, implement, and document patient care in a dynamic perioperative setting. The position requires an active RN license in the state of practice, BLS/ACLS, and relevant PreOp/PACU experience or enrollment in the Perianesthesia Academy.PRN options may apply based

Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing is required.
• Current RN license in state of practice and BLS/ACLS required.
• PALS certification within 90 days if ASC pediatrics is assigned.
• Minimum one year RN experience in PreOp/PACU or enrollment in Perianesthesia Academy.
• PRN requires two years RN PreOp/PACU experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, mental, social, and developmental domains.
• Formulate and adjust plans of care with patient/family and team input.
• Implement and coordinate care, delegating tasks to the care team.
• Evaluate patient response and document progress in the chart.
• Communicate status to physicians and care team for continuity of care.
• Participate in education, mentoring, and leadership activities as applicable.
• Contribute to quality indicators and patient outcome improvements.
