Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive nursing leadership experience required.
• Experience with Magnet standards and shared governance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Nursing Practice Model and patient care excellence.
• Participate in staff selection, development, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices.
• Support Magnet initiatives and Shared Governance principles.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and budgeting for the department.
• Ensure credentialing, safety, and regulatory compliance.
