Job summary

Bucks County Surgical Suites is seeking an RN PACU Manager to lead nursing care within the PACU and Pre-op areas in compliance with state standards and center policies.

The role includes policy development, staffing, supervision, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with the Director of Nursing and Administration. Candidates must be a graduate of an approved nursing program, hold a state RN license, and have CPR and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current RN license in the state.
• CPR certification; ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of one year intraoperative experience.
• Demonstrates clinical competency and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and implements nursing philosophy and objectives consistent with the Center's goals.
• Develops policies, procedures, and staffing to achieve nursing objectives.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Prepares and manages nursing schedules; delegates responsibilities.
• Maintains infection control and patient safety through quality assurance activities.
• Leads and supports relationships with center staff and medical staff.
