Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides safe transportation for patients and items to and from the PACU in a timely manner.
• Obtains supplies as needed for safe, effective running of the PACU.
• Carries specimens to the laboratory and obtains blood as needed.
• Follows hospital policies and procedures to ensure consistency of care.
• Demonstrates adaptability and self-confidence to ensure a smoothly running unit.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet unit needs.
