Job summary

UW Medical Center-Northwest is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Pre-Op and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) within Surgical Services. You will oversee clinical operations, patient care delivery, staff management, regulatory compliance, and financial performance to support safe, high-quality perioperative care.

Responsibilities include recruiting and supervising staff, implementing care programs, improving quality, and managing the unit's budget.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license (or ability to obtain).
• BSN degree required.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience, with three years in acute care surgical services.
• Previous leadership experience (ANM/Manager or equivalent).
• ACLS certification required.
