Job summary

UW Health’s University Hospital in Madison, WI seeks a Care Team Leader to guide nursing teams on a 90% FTE schedule. You will act as a clinical resource, collaborate with the unit manager to set patient-centered goals, and help manage the unit to ensure safe, high-quality care. The role includes on-call weekends/holidays and varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license in Wisconsin.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model and clinical resource for team members.
• Work with the unit manager to establish goals to meet patient and family needs.
• Contribute to and support effective unit management.
