Qualifications

• RN license or RN Diploma/Associate/Bachelor's in Nursing required.
• ACLS/BLS within the specified timelines after employment start date.
• PALS within the specified timelines after employment start date.

Responsabilités

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
• Collaborate with management to assess and improve quality of patient care services.
• Oversee staff scheduling and training; manage staffing to meet patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and supplies management in the unit.
• Provide recommendations on interviewing, hiring, and performance evaluations.
