StoneSprings Hospital Center in Virginia is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for the PACU to ensure high quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit activities across shifts.

The CNC will supervise nursing staff, collaborate with management, and drive improvements in throughput, patient experience, and clinical outcomes while adhering to policies and procedures. The role emphasizes leadership, staffing oversight, training, and adherence to safety standards.

Formación

• ACLS certification required within 90 days of start date.
• BCLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• RN credential (Registered Nurse) required.
• Associate Degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and quality care.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care quality in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to foster teamwork and better outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery as needed.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management according to patient care needs.
