Job summary

HCA Healthcare Colleton Hospital in Walterboro, SC seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) in the PACU to lead nursing care and coordinate unit functions across shifts. You will collaborate with the management team to monitor care quality and drive patient outcomes aligned with the hospital’s mission.

The CNC will support admissions/discharges, staff scheduling, training, and inventory control, while promoting teamwork and a patient-first culture in a 130+ bed facility with comprehensive

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license to practice in the United States.
• ACLS and BLS certifications must be obtained within the specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality care.
• Collaborate with management to assess and improve quality of nursing care in the unit.
• Support staffing and scheduling in alignment with patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Coordinate inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.
• Provide staff training, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Engage in service recovery and promote a patient-first philosophy.
