Wayside Youth in Waltham, MA seeks a flexible, mission-driven Program Director to lead the PACT-Y model and coordinate with DMH to provide high-quality, youth-focused services. The role oversees daily operations, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and ensure the program remains responsive to families and youth served.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field and an independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or license eligibility within 6 months, with a

• Master’s degree required.
• Independent license (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) or license eligible within 6 months.
• Experience in program management and providing clinical supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily functions of PACT-Y, including utilization, billing, quality, and risk.
• Maintain collaborative relationship with DMH for the contract.
• Oversee hiring, training and evaluation of all program staff, including the Assistant PD.
• Support an inclusive, diverse workplace as part of the site leadership team.
