Behavioral Health Network (BHN) seeks a Master’s level clinician to join its PACT team, delivering intensive community-based services to individuals with complex behavioral health needs in Massachusetts.

The role requires licensure in MA (LICSW or LMHC) and a commitment to recovery-oriented care, collaboration, and community integration. Generous benefits support a stable, mission-driven workplace.

Formación

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• Current independent clinical license in Massachusetts (e.g., LICSW, LMHC).
• Six months of human-services experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide intensive, community-based clinical services within the PACT model.
• Perform intake evaluations, clinical formulations, and safety planning.
• Act as primary clinician and case manager for assigned caseload.
• Coordinate care with family, providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation and participate in supervision and training.
