PACT Therapist: Intensive Home-Based Mental Health

Job summary

Family & Children’s Services seeks a Therapist to deliver intensive outpatient services in clients' homes as part of the PACT team. You will manage a caseload of about 10 clients and apply evidence-based therapy, case management, and rehabilitative services in both individual and group settings.

You will assist with assessment and treatment planning, address co-occurring substance abuse, and handle ODMHSAS and Medicaid billing. This is a safety-sensitive position with drug-testing policies.

Qualifications

• A Master´s degree in Social Work or its equivalent from an accredited school.
• Knowledge and experience in early childhood mental health, individual, group and family therapy.
• Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Must be licensed as an LSCW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma or under supervision for licensure.
• Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive outpatient, home-based therapy to individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Maintain a primary caseload of ~10 clients and support the PACT team as needed.
• Perform assessments, treatment planning, and ODMHSAS/Medicaid billing.
