Job summary

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide comprehensive behavioral health services in community settings. You will coordinate care, develop and adjust treatment plans, educate families, and collaborate with partner agencies to support clients with complex needs.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based therapies, crisis intervention, and after-hours on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling with clinical licensure eligibility.
• Experience in behavioral health treatment and crisis services preferred.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coordination (case management) for clients and monitor activities.
• Develop, write, implement and revise overall treatment goals and plans.
• Educate and advocate for clients and families; coordinate with community agencies.
• Participate in comprehensive assessments and treatment planning meetings.
• Deliver substance use and treatment services; provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• On-call coverage and medication monitoring after hours on a rotating basis.
