Job summary

Clinical & Support Options, Inc. (CSO) is seeking a SUD Specialist Clinician to join the PACT team in Leominster.

The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, coordination of care, and providing recovery-supportive services to adults with behavioral health disorders. You will deliver individual and group therapy, conduct intakes, develop and lead treatment groups, and assist clients with daily living skills and community resource access.

Qualifications

• Clinical Master's degree required.
• Experience in treatment of adults and/or families preferred.
• Must be eligible for or hold Massachusetts licensure in appropriate discipline.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy and psychoeducation in office and community settings.
• Assist with intakes and holding sessions/brief intervention services when needed.
• Propose, develop, recruit and conduct substance abuse, rehabilitation and treatment groups.
• Provide skills training and assistance in daily living activities including basic living and interactive skills, with in vivo training and vocational support.
• Provide motivational counseling and crisis support during psychiatric crises or transitions.
• Identify community resources including mental health, addiction and medical services, and facilitate access to services.
• Develop and maintain a natural support network of family and friends.
• Participate in crisis and intervention teams to minimize inpatient psychiatric treatment via rapid assessment and hospital diversion.
• Coordinate admissions to structured and safe environments as indicated.
